There is a considerable confusion regarding timing and logistics of first trimester screening and Nuchal Translucency ultrasound. It is now well established that Biochemical screening (PAPP-A) is best performed at 9-10 weeks and NTS ultrasound at 12-13 weeks gestation (Ref 1).
